1) Please provide the asset trace for asset number xxxxxxx
You can do this by running the following concurrent program from the Assets Responsibility: -
Other > Requests > Run > Generate Asset Trace
2) Run the Diagnostics: Apps Check program for Oracle Assets.
If the program doesn’t exist, you should be able to add it to your request group for FA.
- Log on SysAdmin responsibility
- Navigate to Security>Responsibility>Define
- Query the FA responsibility you are using
- Check the name of the Request Group assigned to it
- Back to the menu, navigate to Security>Responsibility>Request
- Query the Request Group
- Add the program Diagnostics: Apps Check to the list from the LOV.
(Note that the program is owned by Product 'Order Management'. However, it can be added to the FA request group)
Save the changes.
