5. run depreciation and create journal entries

4. Some assets still hitting 219910 as proceed of sales clearing which is incorrect, and some others are hitting the correct account as proceed of sales clearing 129900

Solution:

This will depend on The proceeds of sale clearing account that was active at the time of the asset addition (Please see above data collected)

For Asset number: 105032
Book: DPW UAE FA
TRANSFER IN 14-SEP-2008 00:00:00 25-NOV-2008 13:28:25 
The active PROCEEDS_SALE_CLEARING_CCID during that date is 1976 (6005 0000 219910 000000 0000 000 000 000 )

Which means that account has created as expected as per current setup.

Work Around:

1- re instate the assets which has incorrect retirement with proceed of sales accounting

2- retire it again

3- Run Depreciation and create journal Entries

then the system is picking the proper account
