On 11.5.10 in Production:
When attempting to create a receipt the following error occurs:

Symptoms:

1)Create PO with destination inventory organization as PCP
2) Approve PO
3) Go to receive
4) Select line and save
5) Got  Error: RVTTH-448 SUBROUTINE PLEASE DEFINE ALL APPLICABLE ACCOUNTS

Solution:

The Accrual and Variance accounts are missing for 3 distributions in the po_distributions_all table
Issue resolved by defining purchasing option for PCP operating unit.
