The row 2c, defined in the FSG Row Set, contains a character that was interpreted as being invalid - the word 'r�alisation'. This is similar to the issue reported in Bug 4886151 FSG XML OUTPUT CAN'T BE INTERPRETED BY PARSERS, where special characters from the French and Dutch language were interpreted as being invalid.
