Interim patch 9032412 conflict with patch(es) [ 9352164 ] in the Oracle Home
Patch [ 9032412 ] conflict with patch(es) [ 9352164 ] in the Oracle Home.
To resolve patch conflicts please contact Oracle Support Services.
If you continue, patch(es) [ 9352164 ] will be rolled back and the new Patch [ 9032412 ] will be installed.
Solution:
applying patch 9032412 would be bad/contraproductive.
Patch 9352164 DATABASE PSU 10.2.0.4.4 (INCLUDES CPUAPR2010) already contains the newer CPUAPR2010 patch (from April 2010).
Patch 8836683 - DB-10.2.0.4-MOLECULE-033-CPUOCT2009 would apply a molecule of the much older CPUOCT2009 (from October 2009) and this is not useful (you do not want to replace a newer CPU with an older CPU).
Customers who run PSU patches should no longer apply PSU patches anyway (this is described in Note.854428.1 Patch Set Updates for Oracle Products: => see step 8.) as the PSU patch contains the suitable CPU patch.
So in your case there is no action required. You should NOT apply any of the patches listed in this SR as you already run the latest Patch 9352164 DATABASE PSU 10.2.0.4.4 (INCLUDES CPUAPR2010)

=> according to internal Note 1123863.1 this got fixed in 10.2.0.4.3 (and later as PSUs are cumulative)
