Problem: The Arabic Character Displayed is Unreadable With PDF Format Reports

Symptoms:

When viewing the out put of a report such as "Payroll Employee Detailed Insurance" with PDF
format, junk characters are displayed instead of the Arabic characters.

Solution:

To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1. Apply Patch 4182914.
2. Change the output of your report to be postscript or text (Arabic characters ae not supported in PDF output).
3. In pasta.cfg remove ";" from this line:
preprocess=ps2pdf {infile} {outfile}

Using 3rd party utilities such as Ghostscript or Xpdf. Pasta provides an interface to integrate
those 3rd party utilities. Please refer to preprocess option in Pasta configuration file options.
