When attempting to View/Update or delete a document of record
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Fast Path: Documents of Record
2. Search for employee
3. Manage Documents of Record
4. Click on View/Update or delete
Error:

The web page cannot be found


Solution:


The issue is resolved by upgrading to file DocsOfRecordForPersonPG.xml version 115.5 or higher. The following bug outlines this solution:
There is a one off patch release for Bug 6911562 - ST2:R:11G JDBC:NOT ABLE TO UPDATE DELETE VIEW THE CREATED DOCUMENT OF RECORDS.

1. Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch.9031090.

2. Ensure that you have taken a backup of your system before applying
the recommended patch.

3. Apply the patch in a test environment.

4. Confirm the following file versions:
per mds/dor/webui DocsOfRecordForPersonPG.xml 115.5
You can use the commands like the following:
strings -a $XX_TOP/filename |grep '$Header'

5. Retest the issue.

6. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.
