Solution:


1. Shutdown application services.

2. Please run the following as apps from SQL Plus:

exec fnd_user_pkg.EnableUser(username=>'GUEST');
commit;

cd $ORA_CONFIG_HOME/10.1.3/j2ee/oacore/config/
vi oc4j.properties
earch for LONG_RUNNING_JVM=true, replace for LONG_RUNNING_JVM=false.
Save the changes and bounce oacore container as follows:
cd $INST_TOP/admin/scripts
adoacorectl.sh stop
<wait some minutes>
adoacorectl.sh start


3. Please start the services, and check if the application is now accessible.
